Equipped with 15 JYOTI CNC turning centers and 7 VMC machining centers (400x600) for machining high-complexity components with sub-micron accuracy.
Upset Forging & Pressing
Heavy-duty upset forging machinery backed by Devsons Power Presses (up to 50 Ton), Hardev Screw Presses (up to 400 Ton), and Samrat Induction Heaters.
Grinding & Lapping
Equipped with REW Cylindrical Grinders (400mm Dia), Solar Centerless Grinders, and Minimatic SPM Grinders to meet tight drawing tolerances.
Testing & Measurement
Full-fledged lab with Mitutoyo Surface Roughness testers, Saroj Hardness testers, Universal Testing Machines, slip gauges, and bore gauges.
